ELLWOOD CITY ARTS, CRAFTS, FOOD & ENTERTAINMENT FESTIVAL

BE SURE TO READ COMPLETELY!

NOTHING IS ALLOWED TO BE DROPPED OFF PRIOR TO THE SET UP DAY ON THURSDAY, JUNE 29.

SET UP DAY:  THURSDAY, JUNE 29, 2023 starting at 8:00 AM UNTIL 8 PM.

All vendors should enter the festival grounds by Joffre Street and then turn right and enter loop of festival.

You may stop along fence to unload. When you are finished unloading; you MUST move your vehicle to an approved parking area.

POSITIVELY NO DRIVING OR PARKING ON PARK GROUNDS AT ANY TIME!

There will be a wooden stake with your booth number in the right hand corner of each space. THESE STAKES ARE TO REMAIN IN PLACE THROUGHOUT THE FESTIVAL…..PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE. THIS IS  SO WE CAN FIND BOOTHS IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY.

During the Festival, picnic tables are for use of Festival patrons only…not vendors.

PARKING:

All vendors will receive ONE parking pass, good along Riverside Drive (if there is space) or in the long-term lot.   Parking spaces on Riverside Drive are on a first come first serve basis.  A vehicle with a stock trailer attached counts as two vehicles and one will have to be moved!

The long term pass is for guaranteed parking in the loop area of the park only. Additional long term passes may be purchased on set-up day for $10.00 — this is good for all 3 days. Only ONE parking pass will be given to each vendor.  If you forget your pass, you must purchase the 3 day pass.  There will be no exceptions.  Additional parking is available throughout the Ewing Park area — $5.00 per car.

All vehicles parked within the park MUST have a pass displayed on dashboard or mirror!  Please print your name and booth # on all parking passes.

PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL TO LOT ATTENDANTS AND OTHER VENDORS.

DATE TO BE ANNOUNCED (USUALLY SATURDAY): 10K race—there will be alternate ways into the park that you must use between the hours of 7am—11am. You will be directed by volunteers along the race route.

Festival hours are from 11am to 10 pm each day—please have your booth open at festival start. 

Sunday, July 2, there is a community worship service starting at 10 am, with prelude music at 9:30. Vendors may choose to open early that day.

 NO PARTICIPANTS WILL BE PERMITTED TO TEAR DOWN BEFORE 9PM ON SUNDAY.

–ELLWOOD CITY FESTIVAL IS A SMOKE-FREE & PET-FREE EVENT– (service pets allowed)
